Grunder barn

The family of Hans and Sandra Grunder-Bauen with their five children Simon, Rahel, Dominik, Laura and Gianna had their own horses for almost 20 years. It began with the swiss - gelding Alex. He was 6 years old, when he came to the Grunder family. Shortly later the family bought the collegue of Alex, the swiss - gelding Romeo. Today he is 24 years old. All of the 5 children learnt the art of riding on the back of these two horses. At the moment Gianna (5 years) rides Alex and Laura (6 years) rides Romeo. Of course, their father accompany them jogging beside an gives them a hand…

The two veterans are still fit and live in two nice Boxes directly in the house of the grunder family.

In 1998, the family could acquire a large agriculture area near their house in Hasle-Rüegsau in the beautiful Emmental. Shortly after thei built a new barn with 5 boxes, a nice saddle room an a big sand quad.

Through that, for the whole grunder family, the sport with horses became the most important leisure activity
